I am on a diet and have been for about a month and I have lost weight.I am doing good but I have the worst cravings for chocolate,pepperoni and frappes from MCDonalds!!!!! So, what do you crave?? I mean not just on diets but anytime.
Also,What have you eaten today?? I am having italian rice soup that my mom makes.(old family recipe)It's rice,tomato paste,tomatoes,chicken and lots of other secret ingredients. So whats on your menu?? Be honest!

Veggies, veggies and more veggies. I quit eating beef years ago and now I don't even crave chicken, but once in a blue moon. I do like fish ocasionally, but mostly do the veggie thing...my downfall is bread and (real) butter...I love the stuff and I could live on it...
I'm not into chocolate, except during Easter and Christmas and then only if I can get my German candy like I used to (by ordering it online) and I only craved chocolate when I was young and it was my time of the month.
your blog is adorabbble! Ive been on a bit of a diet too but I think the very best thing that has helped me is not cutting foods OUT of my diet, but just cutting portions. Instead of indulging in a whole chocolate bar, I'll have a piece at dinner! But...my ultimate craving..would have to be...Cheesecake!!! and ice cream!!
chocolate of course. Right now its breakfast sandwiches from fast food places.
