Get out of town

I was born and raised in the town I live in right now.I hate this town and I have always disliked the town and most the people in it.I can't believe I got stuck here again! Most people could not imagine how bad this place is.I would not expect anyone to understand without my explanation. So here it goes.
I live in a very small southern town so poor it is the third poorest city in the nation. The police are corrupt and turn there heads on many terrible things because they are dealing with the worst killers, robbers and crack heads around. So, you can walk outside of your house and see loose dogs that are starving and pitbulls on every corner just running around killing each other.Occasional;y you see a cop drive up to the dogs and open fire, shooting the animals. Also,my sister stayed at my apartment one night while I was away and a man broke in beat her, choked her until she passed out a few times and tried to rape her. All this in front of her 2 year old daughter who had been asleep in the bed next to her.My sister is tough so she fought him off until the police arrived which took 15 minutes after the neighbor called even though they are only a half mile away from the apartment.Turns out it was a guy in my building coming after what he thought was me.
People in my town stand in groups of 10 or bigger in the middle of the street and do not move for cars at all. Not only do they wear baggy pants but often don't have underwear on .
In my town when you go to a store which none of the stores are 24 hours. You an expect to see young mothers beating on the little kids, sometimes the kids are actually babies that are not old enough to walk. This is all the time, every day.
I could go on and on and it just gets worse.I mean, these are not the worst stories, these are the ones that are on my mind right now.I hate this town and I am saving every penny I can to get out of here.I can not find one single job here because the unemployment is so high in my area,no one has a job.My husband has a little job and we are on food stamps right now too. Other wise we would really be up a creek.
Just thought I would let you know a few thing about where I live.

Ho, my - I thought this place here was corrupt (which it is) but not as bad as where you live...I feel so very bad for you. This is not a place you want to stay and raise a family. I hope you guys can get out of there as soon as possible...I can't believe mothers beating on their babies...what's wrong with these people?

I will pray for you!
